Description   Cathy Nichols designed Butterfly Rouen Tile as part of her Monet’s Garden collection, inspired by Claude Monet’s house and gardens in Giverny, France. The Monet's Garden collection also includes Japanese Tulip Oriental Rug, Monet's Foyer, Monet's Kitchen, and Poplar Leaves. This stencil is inspired by the famous blue and white tiles in Monet’s kitchen. These iconic tiles have inspired designers throughout the world who want that quintessential “Country French” look on their walls. Cathy used the original tile as inspiration for her design but re-envisioned it with butterflies to give the stencil a modern twist.
