After reviewing all of your wonderful feedback from our recent survey, we're excited to introduce a new flexible option for Stencil Club members!
Starting January 2026, once you've been a member for at least three (3) consecutive months, you'll have the opportunity to swap out the upcoming month's set for a different past month's set - a great way to catch up on a design you may have missed! (Past sets are listed at the bottom of this page.)
Here's how it works:
- You may make this swap up to two times per year
- We'll need to know by the 5th of the month if you'd like to make a change.
- Simply email your request to [email protected]
We hope this new option gives you more flexibility and fun in your Stencil Club experience!
All the other great benefits of StencilClub remain the same!

StencilClub FAQ's
What happens after I sign up?
Within 3 days of your sign-up through PayPal you will receive a Welcome Letter emailed to you at the email you used with PayPal.
We are dependent on PayPal to communicate new members to us, and they are not always successful in doing so.
The Welcome email will give you further instructions on how the club works, how to access our exclusive videos and be added to our secret Facebook group. Please email Laura if you have a different email address or name you would like to use for your StencilClub membership that is different from your PayPal address.
What does it cost?

When do the stencils ship?
We ship on the 15th of each month. IMPORTANT: If you sign up between the 1st and 15th of the month, you will automatically receive the CURRENT month stencils. If you sign up between the 16th and the end of the month you will not receive the current month, but will automatically receive the following month's stencils.
Example:
Order August 8th = receive August stencils.
Order August 18th = receive September stencils.

When will my monthly payment be charged?
Your card will be charged the moment you sign up and will be processed on that same day each month.
How does StencilClub work?
StencilClub is a monthly subscription - it is a club. You will automatically receive all the benefits of the club each and every month. You may not pick and choose months.
Is there a membership requirement?
No. We have no specific membership requirement because we know you are going to love the stencils. In fact, we even reward ongoing membership! Every month you are a member you will receive a 20% coupon code for the StencilGirl Products website (stencil purchases only - sorry, prior club sets excluded).
What if I move?
StencilClub is kept in a separate database from accounts on StencilGirlProducts.com. Please Email us with your new address so we can keep the sets coming.
Can I purchase Stencils from Past Months?
Yes! As a member, you are able to purchase PAST stencils at your regular membership price. Email us with a list of the months you wish to purchase and we will provide you with an invoice through PayPal.

Cancellation Policy
